"At its meeting on Thursday, December 2nd, at 7:00 p.m. at the Kailua Recreation Center, 21 S. Kainalu Drive, the Kailua Neighborhood Board will have a special presentation on the City and County of Honolulu’s Multi-Hazard Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan. The Plan will be presented by the City and County of Honolulu Department of Emergency Management. The presentation will be an opportunity for the Kailua community to learn what to do, and how to help, in disaster situations.
