District 3’s City Council Member, Ikaika Anderson, will be holding his 3-TALK meeting. These meetings allow anyone to personally ask questions, comment, voice concerns, etc. to our own City Council Member. Our community needs to continue to raise questions and concerns to Ikaika about Target!!!
it is sad that kaneohe ranch would like to change kailua forever making us look like the mainland, not cattering to the island residents it is sad that Don Quijote decided to leave kailua I wished that Target kept the store the same way with the same products, and the same workers. but they are quit confident that they are what the community needs, i'm sure that is true the community as of Oahu as a whole, not leaving it only for kailua.
